WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF USING NIELSEN RECOVERY GROUP?

WHO IS THIS PROGRAM FOR?

The NRG Program is for individuals with mild traumatic closed head brain injury, whiplash or spine problems. Individuals are required to meet the screening criteria of Dr. Kemper.

HOW LONG WILL I STAY IN CHICO, CALIFORNIA?

The Preliminary Diagnostic Plan takes two days. The professionals give their diagnosis of a person's underlying problems and a recommended course of treatment. The cost of the Preliminary Diagnostic Plan is approximately $600. An example of a two-day preliminary diagnostic plan with the professionals would consist of:

Dr. Gene Kemper, DC (Upper Cervical and Spine Specialist) completes 3-dimensional x-rays, comprehensive exam, and consultation with recommended course of treatment.
Dr. Russ Kalen, DC, Craniosacral Specialist completes consultation and exam with diagnosis and recommended course of treatment.
Neurofeedback specialist completes "intake exam", testing different areas of the head for abnormal brainwave patterns and gives a recommended treatment series to improve brain function.
Visit the Hyperbaric Oxygen Facility.

After receiving the recommendations from the specialists, the person may decide to enroll in The Recovery Program.

WILL I NEED ALL FOUR TREATMENTS?

This depends on your injury and what issues are involved. The doctors will advise you after their diagnosis.

MAY I COME BACK FOR ADDITIONAL HELP?

Certainly, you may come back for any part of the treatments for additional progress. You would work directly with the treatment providers and still receive the NRG discount.
